Heralded as one of the most exciting breakthrough products of its type, “EO-water” has been the subject of much acclaim. EO-water has many advantages over traditional cleaning agents including effective disinfection, easy operation, inexpensive cost, environmental friendliness and its safety.


EO-water is generated by Hoshizaki’s ‘ROX’, a water electrolysing system, and can be used across a multitude of industries for sanitising and disinfection purposes.
 

To manage sanitation in the food industry EO-water can be used to prevent food poisoning when used for food washing as well as environmental disinfection. Approx. 80% of food poisoning is attributed to bacterial cross-contamination, so it is necessary to disinfect utensils & hands during cooking to prevent food poisoning. However chlorine sterilisation, often used as disinfectant, cannot be used during cooking because of the strong residue it leaves behind. EO-water can be safely and easily used in food preparation as it leaves no residue and is risk-free/non-toxic to both the human body and the environment.
